Our family has been raising beef since 1983. Our heard now is primarily angus cross animals. We have a small and carefully selected herd of cows that spring calves and continually produce premium beef.
Our animals spend all their time on our farm here in Stafford, NY. They are raised on pasture, free choice dry hay and supplement with non-gmo ground corn to achieve the perfect amount of marbling which makes our beef sought after by so many. Our animals are monitored daily to ensure they are well cared for. They are never administered any growth hormones.
Our animals are butchered between 15-18 months of age and the meat is dry-aged for 3 weeks. The meat is processed by a local butcher that is USDA inspected. All our beef is vacuum sealed to maintain the quality of the most delicious and healthy beef you are sure to take home to feed your family.
